BUILD YOUR GAME

BENCHBOX™ is a portable and great alternative and innovative training aid.  It helps players work on the 3 pillars of soccer training - technical, tactical and physical - all in one tool.  Training alone becomes more effective and efficient, and the versatility of BENCHBOX™ is a perfect addition to any team training session. 


 Coaches!..rent or purchase BENCHBOX arena or individual BENCHBOXes for your training sessions.  Use individual BENCHBOXes during training for creative training drills (remember BENCHBOX can be a goal, rebounder, fitness stepper and recovery/sideline bench...and also keeps gear dry inside the goal/under the bench!   At end of training...assemble the BENCHBOXes into the arena (requires 10 BENCHBOXes) for fun competition to end a training session. BENCHBOX TRAINING CHALLENGES

Each  BENCHBOX™ has a QR code to take you directly to the BENCHBOX™ website for training challenge examples.  See below for these challenges, but you can create your own drills using BENCHBOX as well.  Be creative!  For each challenge it is important to note that quality touches matter more than speed.  Increase distance, reduce touches, or add time pressure to progress.  Be creative (think outside the box) and utilize the multi-functional characteristics of BENCHBOX™ to build your game!

Rebounder sides of FBENCHBOX™ contain 4 solid board surfaces.  Great training using large sides or smaller sides for quick passing and receiving, repeated touches and incorporating rebounds into other passing and shooting drills.

BENCHBOX™ has 2 open goal sides for mini games and target training and games.  A 21"x14.5" goal and a 21"x11.25" gaol.  Acts as a great target trainer to improve accuracy and can be placed inside a regular soccer goal in corners for precision training.

  • Player 1 starts in middle of  at cone.  Player 2 & 3 standing beside opposite BENCHBOXes with soccer balls
  • Player 1 runs towards one BENCHBOX™, player at box passes to Player 1 (when Player 1 approx. 3 meters from goal) who one touch passes into goal, turns and goes towards other BENCHBOX™
  • Each player takes a 60 second turn.

  • Total goals in 45 seconds

  • Goal = 3 points. Post = 1 point.
  • First player to 21 points wins

  • Take rebound, one touch control, shoot to goal
  • Run back to cone, take next ball, go again.
  • Total goals in 45 seconds 

CHALLENGE 11: FUTBOX FITNESS

  • Focus: Agility, power, cardio, endurance
  • FUTBOX placed on either 16" high solid platform side or 12.75" high side (dependant on level)
  • Player starts stepping up onto BENCHBOX™ platform with one foot, then other so that both feet are up on platform at same time, then one foot down at a time.
  • Continue without stopping
  • Start with 30 seconds, then increase time. Multiple reps
